Call 724-746-2610 to discuss your return request. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued for valid returns.   Warranty   All Clifton Instrument products have a One Year, Limited Warranty covering both parts and labor to correct any product failure during the warranty period due to faulty parts or workmanship. Products will be repaired or replaced at Clifton's option with all work and inspection performed at the Canonsburg, PA location. Warranty returns must be shipped to Clifton, freight prepaid, and the repaired or replaced item will be returned via ground with freight prepaid by Clifton.   Repair Policy   Due to the high cost to evaluate and repair electronic controls, all electronic products costing less than $200.00 are considered non-repairable. Other electronic products that can be repaired will be charged at approximately 70% of the original value.
